Some do think that my training is some kind off attention seeking and some just finding it inspiring. And I choose the last on.

Like I told before, starting to train with Rouger just gave me lots of others perspective of training and mindset. It’s not that I don’t know how to train, go to gym lifting some weights do some cardio but what we often forget is that strength comes from the inside. It’s all about strong core and good balance. And sometimes I do need some one to push me to the edge or tell me to rest. Rouger also thought me it’s not about how fast or how many reps you can do. It’s about doing it right and take rest when you needed. And it takes time. But believe me it’s so worth it.

This’s just one of my progressing. When I started six months ago I couldn’t even do one pull up. Today I easily do five and I’m not gonna stop there. And remember to eat, eating right is a big part of your journey.

This’s my five months of pull ups journey! If I can do it so can you, practice makes perfect! And that’s just a beginning!
