I know it´s been a wile… sometimes 24 h it´s just not enough. I have so much to tell but don’t know where to begin. There’s just to much words and thoughts in my head…

Lately I have been working out a lot with my PT, Rouger Adler. I’m crocheting a summer blanket for Karl, growing plants, working on my herbs garden, planing next renovations (or I meant finishing what we started last year), learning how to play guitar, working full time… and oh yes, I forgot to tell that we (not Karl) are now in third week with “fisheterian”! It means no meat, no chicken only fish and vegetables, one more week to go WOOOHOO!
I can tell you guys that I wasn’t sorber when I agreed to this bet! It’s harder than I thought! So I have been cooking lots of seafood and fish. And here’s one of my favorite. So simple and tasty. And that’s a story of Hot Shrimps!

4 portions
– 1 000 g shrimps
– 2 garlic
– 1 onion
– 1/2 – 1 lime
– 2 basil pots
– 250 g parmesan
– 2 chili
– few drops of “Jessies” chili oil (it´s rosted chili with garlic and onion, diluted with oil)
– salt
– 1 tbsp sugar
– fresh pasta for 4

– olive oil
